From Aragón in North-East Spain, Manuel Balaguer-Cortés has been playing
whistle
for more than 15 years. After playing in various bands and
collaborations in his native
Zaragoza, he moved to Scotland where he taught whistle for the Adult
Learning
Project Scots Music Group in Edinburgh and for Angus College, Arbroath.
Since moving
to Brechin he has been actively involved in the traditional music scene
of the area.
