Havana Swing is inspired by the music of the Hot Club de Paris, Django Reinhardt’s
fabulous quintet of the pre- and post-War jazz scene in the French
capital. Based
around the solo playing of Walt Smith on clarinet and Ashley Malcolm
and John
Whyte on lead guitars, the band is ably supported by Alain Le Grand
on rhythm guitar
