Angus-based Afrodisiac love to play traditional West African drum rhythms. Soon after the group formed they organised their first drum-gathering evening and quickly progressed to holding a one-day event at Kirriemuir, Angus. This is now an annual fixture.

They perform on a variety of occasions, from large public events through to private parties and also run the highly successful African Drum Village, an annual five-day event in Glenisla.
